I am sitting in my dorm room, in a totally new country. I moved to the land of bagpipes and Loch Nes. Yes, I live in Scotland now.
In two weeks I'll be starting on the Fine Art Photography course at the Glasgow School of Art - which has been my biggest dream for years.
As I sat down at a café just enjoying a book and a cup of coffee, I looked around. A dude was preaching about us, people, going to hell. A dude in kilt walked by with a bagpipe (not kidding), teenage girls walking around gossiping, mothers, fathers and children rushing, tourists stopping and pointing at a group of violins playing "Old Lang Syne"... I couldn't stop thinking "This city is insane and I love it"
If you ever get a chance to go to Glasgow, do it. It's a very interesting town filled with artists, musicians and of course... SCOTTISH PEOPLE!
All the love and joy from my new home.
